Painkiller Kotone is a character from the Hyper Nurse series. As a Hyper Nurse, a member of a squad dedicated to fighting for the peace and helping those in need, she serves under Commander Erika (her childhood friend), with Victory Yuno and Milkyway Hotaru as her partners.
Kotone wears a stylized version of a nurse hat, with the base part being white and having pink ends. She has a part of a white shirt on, with a pink tie and and a pink extended collar. She has small see-through sleeves, with black and white bands with silver crosses. She has two belts, a big white one with a grey holster and black loops and a big silver cross, and a smaller black belt. On her legs she has pink thigh-highs with pink bands with small black belt and silver crosses, and white and pink boots.
Personality[]
Kotone is very helpful, trying to aid in anyway, most likely because of her nurse tendencies. She is also slightly submissive, as seen in her series when she goes to a house call to help people, she does anything she can to help them.
Abilities[]
Kotone is a nurse, and has excellent healing abilities. She fights with a bone saw-like sword with spinning blades, and two pistols that fire syringes with some kind of poison or narcotic. She has a split personality in which she becomes more ruthless, and fights with a glove that multiplies her strength. Also in her vast arsenal is a rifle-like vacuum which sucks up the opponent and explodes with the opponent inside.

Kotone is a Doujin character, not belonging to any professional publishing companies.
She caused a lot of controversy at several Doujin conventions, as the costumes on her figurines were very revealing.
Since Painkiller Kotone came from a doujinshi and manga, and not from an anime, she doesn't have an official color scheme (except when she's depicted in figurines), hence why she's depicted with few colors, compared with the rest of the cast.
She's voiced by Megumi Kojima.
